This role will suit an individual who:

  • Can quickly establish customer rapport

  • Understands a sales process using a leading CRM system

  • Works with the customer to determine the right equipment for their current and future needs

  • Has the ability to manage and create leads through prospecting

  • Has a strong capacity to adapt and learn quickly

  • Is self-starter, capable of multi-tasking

  • Is driven to achieve outcomes benefiting our customers, our business and team. 

  • Is people orientated and conversational

  • Ensures operational documentation is consistent with customer and company requirements

  • Maintains customer communications

  • Provides a high level of customer service

  • Is a solid team player who works well within a team environment
