As a Spare Parts Solution Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organisation, focusing on managing and optimising our spare parts solutions for our diverse product range. This role will suit an individual who:
Utilises their expertise in spare parts management to optimise inventory control and ensure the availability of spare parts for our range of pressure washers, space heaters, vacuum cleaners and scrubber dryers.
Collaborates with suppliers to procure spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and favourable pricing
Provides technical knowledge and support on spare parts to internal teams and external customers
Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot spare parts-related issues for customers and colleagues
Maintains accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies
Implements best practices in spare parts management and continuously improve processes for increased efficiency
Collaborates with the sales team to identify spare parts opportunities and provide insights into customer requirements
Contributes to the development of spare parts manuals and documentation to enhance customer support
Monitors spare parts consumption patterns and forecast demand to facilitate proactive inventory planning
Ensures compliance with company and industry safety standards while handling spare parts
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience and expertise in spare parts management, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of inventory control principles and best practices
Technical background or mechanical aptitude, enabling you to comprehend spare parts requirements
Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
