OEM Group is the exclusive distributor for SPITWATER in WA and we’re searching for a passionate Parts Interpreter to join our Sales team.
About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate full-time Parts Interpreter to join us at our office and showroom in Ascot, Perth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be adept at providing parts interpretation and sales support to our valued clients. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is a must. Being able to interpret mechanical and technical drawings is essential and will help you be successful in this role.

Our team of expert technicians can service and repair all brands of pressure cleaner, space heater or industrial vacuums at our workshop in Perth or onsite, and our mobile units can also come to you.
With in-house design, engineering and fabrication expertise, we custom build fit-for-purpose solutions using innovation and creativity with safety at the forefront.

ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will:
Sell from OEM’s range of products
Drive sales for OEM Groups range of parts & accessories
Provide quotation and pricing on customer orders
Helping customers diagnose problems & selling products to suit
Serve walk in customer with parts identification & equipment problems
Test & Commission SPITWATER Machines
Provide a high level of customer service
Report to Line Manager on progress, achievements, and failures
Use of company CRM database for input and analysis
Other tasks required by Line manager
The Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment.
Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
Be able to think outside the square to solve customers’ problems
Able to generate quotes and convert to sales
