About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Service Technician or a Qualified Mechanic wanting a change and who wishes to make an immediate impact in our friendly team. We're industry leading and great at what we do, and we are looking for the right people to join us!

If you have been successful at servicing and repairing industrial or capital equipment, then you may have the skills we are looking for.  With an ever-growing team and product range, this role will suit someone looking for a role where no two days are ever the same, where targets are continually exceeded and customer service, quality and reliability are the continued focus. We are looking for a Field Tech for the Western suburbs of Melbourne, as well as  techs for our Scoresby workshop.

 

This role will suit an individual who:

  • Has experience in the operation, servicing and the maintenance of small machinery such as high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning equipment.

  • Has a trade qualified technical/mechanical background (preferred but not essential).

  • Has a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys trouble-shooting.

  • Is adaptable and learns quickly.

  • Is a self-starter, capable of multi-tasking.

  • Ensures operational documentation is consistent with client and company requirements.

  • Is customer focused with an ability to maintain a high level of customer communication and customer service.

  • Works well within a team environment.
